In this roundtable session we’ll discuss how, as highly targeted messaging platforms relying on relevance and audience size, social media and direct marketing have more in common than many would think.

• Can social media be used to augment direct marketing, or is it an unnecessary distraction?
• Can social media success be tracked in direct marketing terms?
• Can social media be more direct than traditional direct marketing?

We'll discuss our thoughts and then open it up to hear your stories, challenges and questions.  Attendees will walk away with a broader knowledge of social media practice, strategies and quantification.
